China Town Bangkok's Chinatown is an old business center covering a large area. There are many alleys that are full of shops selling all types of merchandise, including household goods, food, jewelry and toys. There are hundreds of market stalls and the atmosphere is always frantic. It has been the main center for trading by the Chinese since they were moved from their old site some 200 years ago.
